Written by Gwen Màiri (www.gwenmairi.co.uk) and James Bisset. This song started as an exercise on the Bird On A Wire songwriting course, but refused to lie down and go to sleep afterwards. And yes, that is a lot of chords.

I wrote Four Winds Blow for the Caedmon album Chicken To Hug. It’s just a little dystopian, but I always wanted to link it to the track Storm from the first Caedmon album.

First pass at another new song, Citizen Unwind. I started this a couple of years back, and even performed it a couple of times while still half-written. Finally, it’s finished.

3rd time lucky. On the previous outing for this tune the rhythm section was just a little busy, so here it is again with added backing vocals and a mighty four to the floor kick.

A new song recorded live at Chez Bisset, this was the second performance in the middle of August 2021. The first performance was just a little too under-rehearsed.

As well as writing and performing on my own, I’m also a member of the cult folk-rock band Caedmon. Or is that Psych-Folk? Or Acid-Folk? Or maybe just Frock?

And so I decided to write a simple, honest, love song. Some of my songs get political, turn to ranting or sometimes just downright smut. This one was going to be different.

After the first couple of videos for Acoustic Bliss, I realised the curtains were trouble. I couldn’t compete.
